Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, cancellation requests cannot be accepted as the order may have already entered the processing and dispatch stage.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and share your order number and the name used to place the order.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?

No. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refusing the package at the time of delivery will not be considered a cancellation. Any applicable refund for a prepaid order returned due to refusal of delivery will be processed after deducting shipping, return shipping, and packaging charges.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 3–5 banking days.
